Good, keep it real , avoid bluffing. Always be prepared , clean shave is a must , wear proper formals and have a good acedemic record , follow up for the process regularly as well , be polite and avoid being over the top or extra casual, the company is very formal in nature and it's also good in that way
Interview was for summer internship in marketing and finance . Applicants got shortlisted on resume and then interview was conducted on Skype for all shortlisted applicants.

Interview
First round was GD elemination round after which there was an interview round. GD round was very well judged taking into consideration different aspects. Interview round was Subtle and straight. Gave chance to speak and explain why do I have an interest in retail. It was more of a conversation about retail and factors affecting it. It was based on the stakeholders and attrition involved in this sector. They judged my knowledge in this role by giving situations and asking my point of view.
