telephonic and video conferencing interview after than HR round and then joining. In telephonic interview you have to tell about your current profile and how you are going to upgrade yourself.
It was smooth and we were getting regular feedbacks. There was no miscommunication and clarity was laid at every point. The panel was great and we had a good conversation along with a well paced interview.

It was all about the shorlisting based on test and then 3 interview rounds. First round was the HR round and then 2nd is more of a technical one then last was mixed of 2.
