The process is quite typical specially at Aditya Birla insulator(ABI).They doesn't followed actual procedure whatever they decided.The selection process includes following things. 1.Aptitude Test 2.Technical test 3.Interview at college 4.Interview at company Its a very good experience for the interview.during interview and all procedure at their company they provide all the facility and they are checking the person's technical and basic engineering knowledge.But as per as our branch is concerned they are asking so many typical questions.Some questions are that much typical that the graduate person also not able to tackle those questions.okay but that's the simple as from their prospects.althogh its not a walk interview .Its a placement at our college. Second thing is that it's not related to this company but related to all companies that they are hiring most of average persons means in your college whoever scored average marks so their chances are higher to select in placements as from my experience.They do not like rankers or the persons who best in studies or scoring high marks even if they have such knowledge.I think their mind set are just that they thought the ranker student doesn't interested in jobs they like to do further studies.So friends I hope my experience may helps you whenever you are appearing for the campus or any interview.
