Coordinated via a recruitment agency. Well coordinated and systematic process. There were three rounds of interview and Spanned over weeks. Nice company culture. The staff was polite and respectful. Each interview was an hour long.

Painfully slow process, took over 3 months to complete. Multiple in person interviews at the Worli office - spent half day commuting to & fro for each interview. The team had not once reached out to me directly to update on the interview process. It was all through the recruitment agency. Complete lack of cognizance of candidate's time & extremely slow to revert on feedback. Worse than a govt organization, very bureaucratic organization - pathetic exp for a candidate. The interviewers were clearly unprepared. Disappointing experience ! I would recommend not to join ABG !
