Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. He cancelled our first call 30min before. Didn't answer for a couple more days and finally rescheduled a week before. Never got to reach the hiring manager, though this was the planned next step at the end of recruiter call—who eventually stopped answering.

The interview process was extensive. I met with more than a dozen people over the course of four weeks. This is understandable given how highly-matrixed the company is, and makes sense understanding how the company operates.

How experiences outside of tech could translate into working at Adobe?
The interview process was smooth and timely. There were no long periods where I didn't hear from the recruiter. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process and called to check in every step of the way.
Strange process. Not given info as to what was expected or the process. Just had to rock up and see what happened. which is fine but not so great when you see what was asked...
