      Instructional Designer Interview

      Feb 27, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Jose, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2021

      Interview

Typical process. I applied online and got a referral . The recruiter contacted me and I had a screening Interview with the recruiter from Adobe. Hiring manager Interviewed me. Finally, panel Interview with the team with three team members. It was a very, very drawn out process over two three months. They declined to continue after the panel. Said they had a candidate who was a better fit but that they really liked me. Then I noticed the job was reposted several times that day. Seems a bit like a conflicting message. I wish companies would be more straightforward. It wasn't a good or a bad experience. It was neutral but definitely very drawn out.
