I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied in October and then heard back in November for a recruiter call. After I spoke with the recruiter, I chatted with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes before she moved me onto the next round. The final round was a panel of 4 PMM/PMM stakeholders. I received an offer a few days later.
The entire process from applying to when I received the offer was about 2 months.

Interview
I wish I had good reviews to bring here, but it was... complicated. It was perhaps one of the worst interviews I've ever done. The recruiter clearly didn't want to be there, she interrupted me, she was rude... I don't know, I really didn't understand their screening process.
Despite her telling me that she would get back to me in a week, she ghosted me and I had to ask about the position twice, until she got back to me saying that she would not proceed with the application. I sent an email and never received anything back. very strange and disappointing. Kind of a red flag...

The PM interviews were more technical on PM really, and the others spoke more about marketing strategy, communication, etc.
