Interview
I interviewed for an entry level sales position. I went through 4 interviews. This included an interview call, one on one, a panel interview, and a sales presentation. Don’t mind the degree and sales experience I already had- for an entry level sales position! I didn’t get the position, but the recruiter offered me to go through another 4 rounds of interviewing with another BDR team. Seriously?! You would think they would have something better set up so you didn’t have to interview an additional 4 times. I decided to go for it. The second interviewer didn’t seem interested in me at all and didn’t acknowledge anything I had said. At the end of the interview the manager stated they were looking for someone to relocate, which was never communicated to me. I reached out to the recruiter, but never heard back from them. Ghosted!! Terrible experience.- lack of communication, hours of prep, unprofessional for an entry level sales position.

Interview
Had a screening interview/call with a recruiter. They asked what I knew about Adobe and what I knew about the role. Told me all about Adobe's benefits, PTO, etc.
Had an interview with a Manager.
I was disappointed that they took so long to follow up, and when then sent me the notice they weren't moving forward they asked how the interview went (despite still being rejected) and never followed up when I asked for feedback.
