Interview
Answered all coding questions correctly and in optimised way. They still hired people from tier 1 colleges. They rejected saying they had limited seats and might consider later if there is vacancy.
The interview was really hard. There were 3 rounds and then also resume screening. Super worth it though, it's an amazing company. The first round was om hireview, the second was a two minute pitch and the last round was a roleplay and 2 interviews!

The first stage consisted of an online test covering basic concepts from the programming language you are applying for, along with a few problems. The second stage was a technical interview with fairly simple questions from different areas (databases, operating systems, etc.).
