I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
Easy going and very conversational. I did not feel anxiety or like I was being interrogated. I appreciate this especially since I get very nervous in interviews. All the panel members made me feel welcome and a sense of belonging.
Phone Screen, HM screen and then Interview Panel with around 4 team members asking about background, experience and culture. Did not have a homework assessment and was able to also ask questions in return.
I interviewed with Adobe over a year ago but it was one of the most memorable and positive candidate experiences. The interviewers were professional and respectful of my time. Communication was consistent and prompt.
