I filled out a survey then had an interview with someone on the team. The first portions were fine, the interview with the team member was poor to average. The questions weren't anything hard, but the person I interviewed with didn't know about the position I was interviewing for. She often referred to it as an internship (it was a full-time role) and asked me if I knew how long the program was supposed to last. She also asked me what I knew about the role (in an inquisitive way, not an interview question way). The interview left a sour taste in my mouth, as I felt like it was a sham interview with someone who didn't know what the position they were interviewing someone for was.
