This role was for the Adobe Sign Solutions Consulting Group.
After the initial call with the recruiter, I was scheduled an 1/2 hour video call with a co-worker on behavioral questions. There was absolutely no time for me to ask questions about the nature of this pre-sales role. I was very curious to understand their Sales methodology, team structure, partner engagement etc but did not have enough time to exchange with a conversation.
Please ensure that you allocate at least 15 mins for the candidate to ask any questions. Also, IMHO these behavioral questions for a pre-sales role do not make a whole lot of sense. You need to check for technical validation and business value presentataion. Just my 2 cents!
