Was getting great feedback throughout the process. Yes, I did not have the $2.5-$3m quota experience (I am more in the $1.5m), but they said they still wanted to see if I can fit especially with my background.
I received great feedback throughout and from the presentation stage, then I did not hear a word from anybody. I reached out to the recruiter after a week and got a very fast response that they were still wrapping up interviews. After that, nothing.
It is amazing to me that so many companies have such poor follow up. All I wanted was some feedback to understand how I can eventually land a large enterprise job like this. The amazing thing is that a lot of supposedly top Glassdoor companies do the same thing.
Word of advice, have the time to follow up and let me know why I did not get the job especially because I was one of two remaining candidates (which was not true when the recruiter said they were still wrapping up other candidates). I get it that I better candidate existed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Munich, Bavaria)
