I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
Phone screening followed by 2 separate rounds of 4 to 5 30 minute interviews.
The interviews are set up so that each interviewer in the group evaluates a different aspect of the role? (i.e. communication, technical ability, etc.). Expect each interviewer to ask slightly different questions - you won't know which attribute they are evaluating until they start asking. However the questions are all basic/behavioral.
