I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe in Oct 2021
Interview
Not too bad. Two people interviewed me and asked a decent amount of questions. Both seemed interested in their roles and their jobs. I was first reached out by someone in HR/Hiring and they let me know when my interview would be. The interview seemed to be less about what kind of worker you would be in the role and more about your technical skills, which was kind of obnoxious. But, overall, not horrible
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
Three interviews with various levels of Senior Management. Very thorough. They asked about my prior experience and how I would apply that to the use of Generative AI for Adobe clients.

Recruiter interview, hiring manager, colleagues - about 5 interviews in all, covering technical knowledge, work style, breadth of client types, sizes, and industries, issues encountered, successes attained and lessons learned. I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
The whole process contains 4 rounds with 1 HR interview, 1 fit interview, and 2 technical interviews. Based on the candidate's previous experience. And a case practice is required. The interviewers are pretty nice and recruiter always responded efficiently.
