Design interviews at Adobe are 2 parts:
1) The main interview was a panel that included other designers on the team, team manager, and cross-functional teammates like product managers and researchers. Give your presentation, go through Q&A's, get the know the team a bit.
2) Following the panel interview, the candidate then has a series of separate interview meetings with individuals from the panel.
It was a long process. Challenging, but not extremely difficult. Mostly because Adobe employees tend to be kind, genuinely curious, highly intelligent, and respectful. They ask thought provoking questions from the forefront of the daily grind, which will either bring out what you know or help you both realize what you don't.
