First step was a 60 minutes online assessment which, in my opinion, asked for a pretty high level of competitive programming knowledge.
After that, although i was pretty confident, i did not pass the techincal interview. Dont know if i got unlucky or not, but the questions seemed to me either tricky, very theory oriented, or very specific about things i dont find quite important or very defining of ones knowledge (the kind of things that you would google when you bump into).
