I was originally contacted by someone who claimed to be from a temp agency called Ingenium. He immediately interviewed me for the role hat he was recruiting for at Adoration. Within a few hours a second recruiter had called for a second interview. He asked the same questions as the first interviewer so it felt unnecessary and repetitive. They set up a 3rd interviewing with the manager from Adoration the following day, but proceeded to call and text me all evening telling me that I needed to be briefed before the 3rd interview. They then said I needed to call them after the interview as well to debrief. I've never had such an overbearing interaction with a temp agency especially for a role that only lasts 60 days and pays so low. In the interview with the manager at Adoration, she claimed that the recruiters were employed by Adoration. However the recruiters told me that they were a 3rd party company, so it felt very dishonest as I still don't know what the truth is. The manager detailed a wide range of responsibilities and duties to learn, including the duties of employees that had just quit that the admin would be responsible for until a replacement was hired. Again for a low paying role that only lasts 60 days. But I was repeatably told that 'if it was a good fit, they would possibly make it permanent'. Which just seems like a way for managers to manipulate you for two months. Seems like a disorganized, toxic environment.
