Interviewed with three people at one time. I really dislike this type of interview process it should usually be 1:1. Otherwise like what happened in the interview, you have multiple people asking you questions at the same time. I had a sales guy who must have not been aware that we were sitting in the same room because he looked like he legit was checking his phone underneath the table and looking at his watch. Imagine how I feel being front in center and having to smile, listen, make eye-contact with all three of you, think about what I'm going to say and talk for an hour. If you have people like that then it's a definite red flag.
