Interview
The interview process was very enjoyable. I got a call from the area manager, who also happens to be my branch manager. We scheduled a Zoom interview. She was very easy to get along with, and I decided to stop into the branch and say hello and introduce myself as well. Overall a nice experience, and I am looking forward to starting with Advance America!

I received a phone call offering a Zoom meeting interview at my earliest availability. The following day, I joined the hiring manager and both of the regional managers for my state on Zoom. They were very friendly and asked simple questions as to my experience. They also asked some more personal questions to get to know me. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I felt like I was talking with friends.

Interview
My initial interaction was a phone screening with a recruiter (Kristi). It was quick and direct. She was considerate of my time constraints. The next step was a Zoom interview with the DDO. It was a two-way conversation where I was given a thorough description of the position. I was nervous at first but immediately my nerves disappeared after my introduction.
