Simple 1-on-1 interview with the store manager. Was contacted via phone to set up a 1:1 interview at the store with the store manager. The 1:1 interview was approximately 45mins.
Played some counter sales scenarios with me as the salesperson. Was told I would be updated via phone if I was selected or not.

Pretty straightforward and easy. Only one interview session then got hired. Didn’t have to have any automotive experience but it would be helpful if you did. Nothing to stress over, just be on time and answer the questions.
Long lasting ......dont remember ? Panel interview A lot of questions Tiring, in didnt go well at al Firs interview so didnt prepare how to deal with such situation? They asked me questions and i asked them questions
