Applied online and each round I was notified by email. The first was a phone call with their Recruiter to make sure I was good with the pay. The second interview was dine done remotely. The email said that I would be meeting with four people. I failed to read that the time for the interview was their time (3 hrs. ahead). But they rescheduled for the following week with the same people. There was only two people. They said they'd let me know in 2-3 days when the next round will be. I waited a week and heard nothing so I called the recruiter (only number I had) he let me know they went with another candidate.
