Advance interview questions

I received a phone call from the HR manager regarding my application. She briefly interviewed me on the phone with some pre-canned, basic sysadmin questions which I am confident I answered ( at least most) correctly. I met with one of the lead sys admins a couple of days later for a face to face interview. He handed me a questionnaire dealing with a wide range of web technology questions. I found them really tough. I was able to answer some, but I felt I was unprepared.
