Just a phone screen, and then offered the job. Felt almost too easy. Very easy interview. Not sure if interviewer really knew what the job actually entails. Took maybe about 10-15 minutes.

Interview

The interview was over Skype. The feel of the interview was very informal, like they didn't care. All they wanted to know was my common sense, vehicle status, and if I was willing to move. This company brings in 30+ college kids to bolster their numbers during the summer and fall. They will then keep you from leaving under the threat of paying off your certifications.
