Campus recruitment through career fair where I met several recruiters. The recruiter was not interested in the applicant but rather talked on and on about the company and how they could give you work experience. Online application on an outdated website. Phone interview followed by on site.

Interview

Escorted by HR personnel when I got there. Took written programming test in a conference room (left alone by myself). Other engineering seniors and managers came to the room after the test result is reviewed. Talked to about previous experiences and what I am expecting from my career.

Interview

The interview consisted of a 3-4 page written test, it was for a position in software engineering. The test consisted of standard C coding questions regarding memory allocation, structs, functions etc. It was of medium difficulty. After the written test I was given a 1:1 interview by the hiring lead engineer, he reviewed the test and went over my resume.
