Advanced Atomization Technologies Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

H.R. called and discussed the position a couple times. I was informed that the last person who interviewed turned the position down as well. Then I got a call from a manager to discuss the position several days later. Then, after several emails with H.R. we settled on a group interview time. I filled out a lengthy application, a release to see my financial records, a release for a criminal history check, and several other forms. Took 2-3 hours to complete. I had a group interview with 4 people and a person from H.R. 2-1/2 hours long. Included a brief tour of the plant. They sent me their entire benefits package and I thought this would result in an offer shortly thereafter... boy was I wrong. They are over-crowded at this facility and are now putting people int mobile trailers around the facility. They have no real plans to expand the facility. The factory floor is crowed with people and equipment, very little room to move around efficiently. I sent a thank you letter to them. I was then asked to fill out a several hundred question personality test online. I then interviewed with the CTO with a lunch date 2 weeks later. Person seemed very unsociable and seemed to be looking for someone to replace within the factory, even though everyone else up to this point said it was a new position due to growth. The persons first remark to me was that he had to get back to the company from this offsite lunch, and could only spare a few minutes! I was not impressed with this lack of time management and preparation for the interview. However, after talking for a bit the person stayed at lunch with me for over an hour. I sent a thank you letter to the CTO for his time. 2 weeks passed and they asked me back again for another round of group interviews with the same people. But this time they asked me to bring back private company information from present employer. At this point, I turned down the position, and wrote a lengthy description of their unethical questions, and request for inappropriate material.
