The first step was a phone interview with HR. Next I met with the department manager. After he was done, he passed me on to the IT team, who spent the next 2 hours (!) quizzing me with highly technical questions. In spite of not knowing all the answers, I felt the interview went well. I sent a thank you email to the manager. No response. A week and a half later, I sent another email asking if I was still being considered for the position. Once again, no response. Considering that I took time off from my current job to spend three hours with them, I find it extremely rude that they couldn't even respond with a simple, "Thank you for your time, but we are considering other candidates."
