no process at all. you can go for interview then no feedback for months then call you again and when you tell them on your expected salary they say ok .then send you offer with less than your expected.

it was easy interviewing process consists of 5 interviews: phone interview, technical interview , hr interview , interview with department manager and final hr interview with evaluation to the whole process of interviewing .
