Interview
This is a staffing agency. The person I interviewed with didn't seem organized. She was in a hurry and forgot which job I had applied for. It was a small, open office so while waiting I could hear the employees speaking badly about other people who had come in for jobs. It made me feel uncomfortable. If you didn't receive any skill exams via e-mail, you will have to take them at their office. They also have a strange personality questionnaire that must be filled out.

Question 1
How much are you looking to get paid? (not in those terms but they want to make sure that what you desire is what the company they are hiring for is offering.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Advantage Resourcing (Shreveport, LA) in Feb 2010
Interview
The people there are very friendly. They are not intimidating at all. They are genuinely interested in helping you meet your career goals, and are very good at following through with assistance if you ever have any trouble at a placed assignment. A few of the newer account executives (as they are called) may seem a little formal at first, but once they talk to you in the interview and find out what kind of person you are, they will adjust their behavior accordingly.

Question 1
The most difficult question asked was one that is asked commonly. They want to know what your strengths and weaknesses are. Be prepared to answer more creatively than saying "my biggest weakness is that I work too hard" or any variation of that. As a staffing firm, they hear that one a lot, and it won't get you very far.
