Interview
The interview was formal. Greetings were said, and we jumped straight into the interview. Lots of situational based questions, and how example based questions. They asked about previous experience and what the work, and culture was like in my previous positions as well. Once done I heard back about 3 days later with an offer.

Phone screen with one of the recruiters, then they bring you onsite to meet with managers of whichever teams are hiring, then it was coming back onsite to shadow. If they don't like you then you'll never hear feedback again.
