I applied online November 2018, contacted by HR for phone screen and sent an assessment December 2018. Interview was January 9. I was told that same week I would hear back by the following week which turned out not to be true. I did not hear back until February 5. The interview itself was very pleasant. The ladies were professional and personable. However, the location itself left something to be desired. It is not located at a hospital, but rather in an older office building on an isolated street. Less than 2 hours after I had left the interview, a mutual ex-coworker of mine and an interviewer was contacted without my consent. This was not a person I listed as a reference and never gave consent to them being contacted. Unfortunately backdoor references are not illegal. Had I been offered the positions, I would have had trust issues with this specific person wondering what else would they be doing behind my back.
