I put negative, but mostly the experience was just confusing. I first applied to the job and get a rejection email a couple weeks later. Then, a month later I got an email to fill out a candidate summary. I filled it out and sent it to the recruiter. Based on my answers, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, she didn't ask me any questions about myself or my experience and just gave an in-depth explanation of the job. Then she asked if I had any questions. That interview went well and at the end of it, she told me she wanted to schedule a second interview so I could speak with her team. I scheduled the second interview with the recruiter. A week before my second interview, I received an email from the recruiter that they were canceling my interview because they already offered the position to someone else. The hiring manager and the recruiter were both nice and friendly, but I am disappointed that they didn't fulfill their commitment to interview me a second time before making their decision. Overall, the process seemed a bit unorganized.
