I applied to work for a Hospital in Illinois as a part of UChicago Medicine AdventHealth. I had a video interview with the hiring manager for the location in Illinois. I was moved forward in the process to speak with the HR leader at Corporate. It was evident in my second round interview that the person did not see my resume prior to our video interview. Additionally, the individual was rude enough to answer a call within the first 5 minutes of our interview. This has left a poor taste for me as a candidate in regards to the stewardship of this organization.
