I didn't really get asked much about my clinical experience or my research experience. They kind of just talked to me more about their program and expectations and that was about it. I did get the job. I first spoke with the assistant director of research, and then she later called in the head nurse manager for research. I asked a couple of questions but that was about it. They were nice.
