I applied online. I interviewed at AdventHealth Orlando (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online, got a virtual interview invite the same day, and HR called within 3 days. Interviewed with HR first and then interviewed with nurse managers and educators from 2 different floors. Interview questions were behavioral with HR, and then clinical scenarios with the nurse managers and educators. HR interview was pretty straight forward, however, the nursing interviews were tough so make sure to review signs & symptoms, meds, and interventions for certain diseases. Process was fairly quick, and received an offer for both floors.
I applied online. I interviewed at AdventHealth Orlando (Tampa, FL)
Interview
I had a video interview with the nurse manager and several floor nurses. Each of them were very kind and seemed like wonderful people to work with! I didn't get the job, but it was a great interview experience.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AdventHealth Orlando (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2018
Interview
The application process was extensive as they require you to fill out a questionnaire about your personality that is about 100 questions. After my application, I was contacted for a virtual interview two days later. The virtual interview was simple, you have about a minute to prepare for each question and then have about a minute or two to record your answer. There were only five questions. Then a week later, I was called by HR to set up an interview. I interviewed for the med surg/telemetry floor and was offered a position. The interview was virtual requiring webcam. I interviewed with an educator and a nurse manager. Both were very relaxed and nice to talk to. The questions they asked me were not challenging, they described the orientation process, and gave me the opportunity to ask them as many questions as I could think of. It was a very relaxing and calm environment and I loved interviewing for this company.
