job fair, very hectic and loud, the manager seemed to care about the employee, she gave everyone a chance. The questions were average. Some other managers looked too serious. HR dept was very helpful. The Altamonte location was not a good experience but kissimmee was great

Panel interview for peds new grad residency program. Managers from different units went around and asked different questions. Very easy process and all of the managers were very nice and understanding of the new grad experience.
It was a good experience, aometimes they do multiple rounds. I only interviewed once though. It was not very tough. Very straightforward basic interview questions. Sometimes they will do online also.
