I was very nervous coming in to the interview. I had not applied for a job in almost 9 years though I was employed elsewhere. But going into this interview, the manager was very detailed and organized in the process of asking the normal screening questions. she was very friendly and patient giving me an opportunity to express myself freely and honest.
