I started with Florida Heart Group then the practice was sold to Florida Hospital. So the Interview process was set for the smaller practice but over all it was fairly simple interview just make sure you know your terminology.

Virtual interview was conducted in professional and comfortable setting. I felt at ease talking with the manager and supervisors. Questions moderate and direct. Overall a good interview. Staff I feel communication is good,

How to handle a customer who was denied coverage and/ or denial in prescription.
It was different. They made me do 3 interviews and took about a month to get back to me on my start date. When I first going to start, they said we would have to do prayers for our patients.

Fairly easy. I interviewed with 3 different people. They were warm and welcoming and understood nerves. They allowed time to answer questions. They made the process very easy. I was given an offer on the spot. I did feel lowballed on the offer but i was entry level so it was understood.
