Interview
Interview was very straight forward and focused on patient safety. Must know how to assess if a patient is okay to ambulate on their own or what vital sign is important to assess before getting a patient up.

Interview
The interview process is two-fold: the first part is online through a video recording, the second is in person. I had a very easy time with both. The in-person interview was with myself and two of the managers. They were very warm and kind.
