Everything was great until we got to the end. I brought up that my partner worked at the same facility, and will shortly be working in the same department. Turns out, they don’t hire couples together on the same shift in the same department. They’re worried you’ll want off at the same time or schedule yourself at the same time. They used their own relationships as reference and compared them to others.
