Went to RN job hiring fair, applied for the Neuro ICU and was referred to Neuro Medical Unit Days. Was called to set up a phone interview with the manger. Works out since didn't have to drive back almost 2 hours for a face to face interview. Took about a week after job fair to get a call.

Panel interview for peds new grad residency program. Managers from different units went around and asked different questions. Very easy process and all of the managers were very nice and understanding of the new grad experience.
It was a good experience, aometimes they do multiple rounds. I only interviewed once though. It was not very tough. Very straightforward basic interview questions. Sometimes they will do online also.
