About a week after I applied the recruiter called me to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with 4 people, whom were very nice. The hiring manager gave me a detailed description of the position, which I felt was more in depth than what was online. I was asked a series of questions (which I believe was around 20 questions) from "Why healthcare?" to "What is your leadership style?". A tip for everyone: if you're applying for a management position or a coordinator position, make sure you research the different styles and give a clear cut answer. I feel like I was caught off guard with that question. Also, with Fl Hosp in general, make sure you know the mission statement by heart! The whole process was interesting to say the least.
