Very professional and courteous. Called within 2 weeks of submitting application. Had an interview with HR first with general questions like why I wanted to work there and what did I know about the Hospital. Then had another interview with nurse educator and nurse manager with more specific questions. No clinical based questions asked were asked. Got offered a job the same day.

Panel interview for peds new grad residency program. Managers from different units went around and asked different questions. Very easy process and all of the managers were very nice and understanding of the new grad experience.
It was a good experience, aometimes they do multiple rounds. I only interviewed once though. It was not very tough. Very straightforward basic interview questions. Sometimes they will do online also.
