I interviewed when AdventHealth came to my University. The program manager interviewed me along with Altomonte's team leader. Both were so kind and very insightful. They asked me questions like "how do you work in group settings" or "when was a time you overcame something difficult." They looked for experience in dealing with clients of all backgrounds.
