I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AdventHealth Orlando in Feb 2016
Interview
I was contacted via e-mail to schedule a phone interview. I e-mailed and called the HR person about 7 times over the course of a week before finally getting them to answer. When they finally did answer they asked me a few general questions, were unable to answer any questions about the job, and told me that I had to get 5 references through the online system to continue. The phone interview was supposed to take 20-30 minutes took about 8. I completed the reference process - this is a pain in the rear because it's e-mail only and you need to beg and plead to get people to actually follow up and do it. About 2 weeks later I sent a follow up e-mail - I of course never got a response - and another 3 weeks later my status on the online board says "no longer under consideration." No reason given. VERY poor communication skills or follow up on behalf of the hiring people, which explains why this company has 10k+ sign on bonuses trying to recruit people but can't seem to get anywhere. I actually received recruitment e-mails while waiting for this job to schedule the next step in the process.

Panel interview for peds new grad residency program. Managers from different units went around and asked different questions. Very easy process and all of the managers were very nice and understanding of the new grad experience.
It was a good experience, aometimes they do multiple rounds. I only interviewed once though. It was not very tough. Very straightforward basic interview questions. Sometimes they will do online also.
