All of the applicants were brought into a room that was split down the middle. Managers were on the other side and people were called over one by one for their interview. It was very impersonal and came across as nothing more than mass hiring. Gave me the feel that there was a high turnover rate - which turned out to be true

Seemed pretty typical for a nursing unit. It was a position that I had experience and knowledge in so I was not nervous and was more confident.

Quick and easy. Pleasant staff! HR recruiters were fantastic. As well as the managers in the department I was hired in. I was hired from outside of the state and the process was seamless. I had a fantastic hiring process.
