I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AdventHealth Tampa in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview process was quick and efficient! Began with a screening phone interview where we conversed about previous job history and why I wanted to work for this company. Approx 10-15 minutes with recruiter and then we set up a time for second interview with the ER Director. Second interview was approx 30 minutes with basic interview questions pertinent to the position in which I was applying. Very laid back and comfortable interview with the Director! She was very kind and knowledgeable. I was given the ability to ask questions toward the end. She stated I would hear back in a few days regarding next steps, I received a phone call a few hours later with an offer.
