Phone screening with recruiter, two hour-long interviews with the current manager, one in-person interview with manager and current team. Current team clearly had not been prepped beforehand and gave red flag after red flag. Told me I would work late into the night, travel to "the nasty parts of LA," and would be emotionally damaged by doctors screaming at me....but they're a family. I received an offer and declined.
