I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advia Credit Union in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was super easy! The first step was an online HireView interview - there are pre-set questions for you to answer, and your answers are recorded via your computer's camera and microphone. I believe there was a series of ten. The second step was a Skype-type interview since the interviewer lived on the opposite side of the state. It was very conversational and comfortable. She asked questions about my work experience and what my favorite aspect of each one was, what I was looking for in an employer, pretty much the types of questions you can expect in an interview. We also did some role-playing. It was a very comfortable process. I received a call with an offer the next day.
