Advicent Solutions Associate Software Developer interview questions

I got contacted initially by a recruiter that found my resume through my university. After that I had about a 20-30 minute interview with her where we just went over my background and talked about the company. After that, I got contacted within a couple days for me to take an IQ test (of sorts) and a personality test. After that, they had me come in and take the same IQ test but proctored this time. About a week after that, I got contacted to take a phone interview with two of the lead software architects at Advicent. In this interview we went over my background, they asked a few technical questions, and answered any questions I had. A week or two later, I got the call back and was hired.

Company actually contacted me through my school's resources. Was a basic, IQ test like, assessment, followed up by an assessment validation while on skype with an HR rep, and then an in-person interview. The interview was with lead developers, and was a very casual experience. They did not even have the previous job portion of my resume printed out, it was all questions about my experience and skills. It felt very much like just talking with another developer instead of the high tension many other interviews can have.
